45 ml Gin
15 ml Maraschino
15 ml Fresh lemon juice
A few drops of Crème de Violette
Shake all ingredientes and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a Maraschino cherry inside the glass.
40 ml Gin
10 ml Sugar syrup
15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15 ml Blackberry liqueur or purée
Build over crushed ice, in a rock glass.
Stir, then pour the blackberry liqueur over the top of the drink in a circular fashion.
Garnish with blackberries.
75 ml of Savvy Gin
15 ml of Dry vermouth
Green olive as a garnish
Pour the gin and vermouth into mixing glass with ice cubes.
Stir well. Strain in chilled martini glass. Squeeze a lemon peel onto the drink or garnish with green olive.
60 ml Savvy gin
1 splash of Club soda
20 ml simple syrup
Mint leaves
1 dash of Angostura bitter
In a Julep cup, muddle the mint leaves with the simple syrup.
Fill with crushed ice and add the gin.
Top with the club soda and stir until combined.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
50 ml of Savvy Gin
50 ml of Red vermouth
3,8 ml of Fernet Branca
7,5 ml of Fresh Orange Juice
Twist of orange peel as a garnish
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with ice cubes.
Stir well. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
1 part of Savvy Gin
1 part of vermouth rosso
1 part of Campari
Orange slice as a garnish
Pour all ingredients directly into old-fashioned glass filled with ice. Stir gently and strain into a glass with a big ice cube.
Garnish with half orange slice.
60 ml Savvy Gin
15 ml fresh lemon juice
15 ml fresh lime juice
25 ml simple syrup
2 dashes orange blossom water
30 ml half-and-half
1 egg white (about 15 ml)
Club soda
Ice
Put all of the ingredients (except ice and club soda) into the shaker and shake hard (about 20 seconds) to help the egg white turn to foam.
Put ice into the shaker and shake for another 20 seconds to chill the liquid really well.
Strain into a glass filled with ice and top up with club soda.
50 ml of Savvy Gin
150 ml of tonic water
1 slice of lemon
A bunch of red fruits
Ice cubes
Fill a balloon glass with ice then the red fruits and a slice of lemon.
Pour Savvy Gin and slightly add the tonic water.
Mix it just a little bit and it’s ready!

25 ml fresh lemon juice
25 ml simple syrup
Club soda
Add the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker and fill with ice.
Shake well and strain into a highball or Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon wheel and a cherry.
